Description
English: The contractor, Mr. Shief, failed to meet the deadline. The buildings were shipped in parts from South Africa, and someone was constantly damaging the houses' parts already onsite. During daytime there was a Meilian watchman, and at night Arie Eshet, well equipped with a sleeping bag, portable gas stove and a jerrycan filled with water, was sleeping in the unfinished building as seen in the picture.
