Manufacturing centre for Peterson pipes (Originally Kapp & Peterson) this company has been manufacturing Meerschaum and Briar root pipes since 1865 when the Kapp brothers, Friedrich and Heinrich, opened their tobacconist shop in Grafton Street, Dublin, http://www.peterson.ie Soon after Charles Peterson entered into partnership with the brothers making his revolutionary pipe, which is still manufactured and exported around the world today. |
