Description
English: God of the Scheldt River, Cybele and the Goddess of the City of Antwerp is a modello (a detailed sketch on a wooden panel) by the eminent Flemish baroque artist Peter Paul Rubens (Siegen, 1577 – Antwerp, 1640). The artwork is kept at the Khanenko Museum, Kyiv, Ukraine.
