English: People's Republic of Panay Army Strategic Defense or P.R.P.A.S.D previously known as the Panayan People's Army Strategic Rocket Force is a military branch of the Panayan People's Army that oversees North Panay's nuclear and conventional strategic missiles. It is mainly armed with surface-to-surface missiles of domestic design as well as older Soviet and Chinese models. The PPA Strategic Force was established in 1975 when several missile units under PPA Ground Force Artillery Command were re-organized into a single missile force reporting directly to the office of the Supreme Commander of the PPA via the General Staff.[5] |
