Terdapat dinding sel, sitoplasma, dan stomata. Dinding sel berfungi untuk mempertahankan bentuk sel daun agar tidak berubah-ubah. Sitoplasma pada tumbuhan berfungsi sebagai pelarit zat-zat kimia dan untuk reaksi kimia sel. Dan stomata berfungsi sebagai tempat pertukaran gas pada tumbuhan.
