Summary[edit]
- Description: Clip Joint. Business as unusual might well be another sign put up on this Peleliu Island barbershop. The proprietor and his associates offer a haircut, a cup of coffee, and dust the patrons boondockers (field shoes) all for four bits. The latest news is thrown in for free. If the Leatherneck customers, of the First Marine Division, haven't broke their fingernails they will have to bite them as the proprietor hasn't been able to hire a manicurist. October 11, 1944.
