Description
English:

Horizontal, black and white photograph showing the Eads Bridge during high water in 1903. The bridge spans the center of the image. Pedestrians are crossing the bridge and peering over the edge at the Mississippi River. A streetcar travels down the bridge near the center of the image, and several small carriages or wagons are behind it.
