English: President Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada witnesses the signing and exchange of the subscription agreement between AIG Asian Opportunity Fund represented by Cesar Zalamea (left) and Stradcom International Holdings, Inc. represented by Cesar Quiambao during signing ceremonies held Tuesday, (August 1, Manila time) at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The signing of the agreement, which is one of the several investment accords signed during the President’s 10-day official working visit to the United States, was also witnessed by (from left) Finance Secretary Jose Pardo, Trade and Industry Secretary Manuel Roxas II, Foreign Affairs Secretary Domingo Siazon and Philippine Ambassador to the US Ernesto Maceda. |
