Summary[edit]

Description
English: Payne Commons, located at 3710 Payne Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.

Payne Commons is located in the mostly-Asian enclave of Asiatown. The shopping and restaurant complex was established in 2003, when developer Steve Horn renovated and linked three small structures (an office building and two small stores) into a mall.

Asiatown straddles the Downtown and the Goodrich-Kirtland neighborhoods.
