A foto mostra, em primeiro plano, o bem arborizado pátio, visto da janela de uma das salas de exposição. No centro há o pequeno laguinho para peixes, cercado dos jardins de plantas rasteiras e árvores de pequeno e médio porte. Ao fundo, vê-se o lado oposto do prédio histórico, cuja parede rosada é entrecortada por altas janelas
English: Internal courtyard of the National Museum of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Museum_of_Brazil). The photograph was taken on the 11th of August of 2018, 22 days before a major fire destroyed the museum.
The image shows, in the foreground, the gardens of the courtyard. In its center stands a small pond for fishes, surrounded by low foliage and some small sized trees. In the background the building on the other size of the courtyard is visible. Its pinkish façade is interspersed with tall windows. |
