Summary[edit]

Description
English: Parasnath Mahadev Temple in Gyaneshwar, Kathmandu District, also known as Gyaneshwar Mahadev Temple. Its name is Gyaneshwar. During the reign of Licchavi king Narendra Dev, an evil person threw a banjo at the idol to get the gemstone. There was a gem when a Kshatriya touched the metal. Then there is the legend that disappeared. This pagoda style temple is very artistic. Although the Shivalinga in the sanctum sanctorum is straight when viewed from the main entrance, the Shivalinga is tilted from the other door and the Basaha in front of the temple of other Mahadevs is straight, but the Basaha in front of the temple of this Mahadev is also tilt. The idols of other deities in the temple premises are also very attractive. This temple is very crowded with devotees. The Shivling in its sanctum sanctorum.
