Description
Español: Está ubicado en el mismo lugar de lo que fue la Antigua Aduana del Pacífico (lugar donde se almacenaban las mercancías de España y los tesoros del Perú, que fue construido por Don Luis de Lozada). Su construcción fue duramente criticada por la población, debido a que se utilizarían fondos públicos y era considerado un edificio para provecho personal. El colonial edificio fue totalmente modificado en 1922 para adquirir la fisonomía que actualmente mantiene y el cual le confiere un lejano sabor andaluz que se acrecienta en sus moriscos interiore
