Summary[edit]

Description
English: Phak kana nam man hoi: Chinese broccoli (phak kana, Thai: ผักคะน้า) with oyster sauce (nam man hoi, Thai: น้ำมันหอย). Originally a Chinese dish, it has been adapted to Thai taste by adding sliced chillies and fish sauce to the recipe, and by omitting the ginger.

Ingredients: Chinese broccoli (a.k.a. gailan, Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra), oyster sauce, sliced garlic, fish sauce, sliced chillies, white pepper.
