Object history
English: Krøyer exhibition, Charlottenborg October-November 1910, no. 293. Sold at the artist's estate auction, 5-7 December 1910 (stamped accordingly on the reverse) to Chamberlain A.H. Baron Bille-Brahe for DKK 525. Handed down to the present owner from their grandmother, Edith Wanda Hirschsprung, whose father, Oscar Hirschsprung, was the son of Heinrich Hirschsprung who founded the collection, Den Hirschsprungske Samling.
