Hannover, den 2. Juni 1894.

Fuselöl, Aldehyd, Furfurol waren nicht
nachzuweisen, gesundheitsschädliche
oder nachteilige Bestandteile wie freie
Mineralsäuren, Metallverbindungen,
schädliche Bitterstoffe und unstatthafte
Zusätze, wie z. B. Künstliche Farbstoffe,
Capillaissirup usw. waren nicht in der
Probe vorhanden, bezw. Konnten nicht
nachgewiesen werden. / Die Analyse
hat somit ergeben, daß keinerlei
Bedenken gegen die Verwendung der
Probe als Getränk sich ergeben. / Da
die Probe nachweisbar frei war von
nachteiligen oder schädlichen oder
unstatthaften Bestandteilen, und auch
hinsichtlich ihres Alkoholgehaltes weit
entfernt ist, ein bitterer Schnaps zu sein,
kann solcher, welcher allen Anforde-
rungen genügt, wohl empfohlen werden.
