Summary[edit]

Description
English: Exit sign at the Ossining Metro-North Railroad station directing commuters to ticket machines, the street and the Havestraw Ferry from the Metro-North Hudson Line in the Village of Ossining, New York. The ferry provides railroad commuter service to the people of Rockland County, especially those from the Village of Haverstraw, who haven't seen passenger rail service since 1959, when the New York Central Railroad eliminated passenger service along the West Shore Division, now the CSX River Subdivision.
