Summary[edit]

Description
English: Orielton Wood looking down to Porth Aberamffra, Abermaw Volunteers have painstakingly restored the paths through this steep wooded hillside. The path follows a stream to the A496 at Barmouth's "old harbour" where there is a small layby, enough for 3 or 4 cars. Out of shot to the left is the clock house and to the right, Barmouth Bridge. The water of the Mawddach Estuary can be seen in the distant centre of the picture. Climbing the other way leads onto the road taking you to Panorama Walk (1 mile) and on to Sylvaen Farm (2miles). This picture was taken 11am 17th March 2007.
