Description
English: This file was published by the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the Operation Ghost Stories with the description: "Handwritten notes in graph paper notebook showing 27-digit password." The term "Boston Conspirators" refers to Donald Heathfield (Andrey Bezrukov) and Tracey Foley (Elena Vavilova), and the password was used to log into the stenography software used by SVR agents to encrypted messages for their handlers back in Moscow.
