Nederlands: Minister-president Rutte loopt samen met minister-president Erdoğan na afloop van hun gesprek naar het Koetshuis voor een ontmoeting met de pers. Erdoğan brengt op uitnodiging van minister-president Rutte een bezoek aan Nederland. Het bezoek staat in het teken van de hechte economische en diplomatieke betrekkingen tussen beide landen.
De economische banden tussen Nederland en Turkije zijn zeer sterk. In de afgelopen 10 jaar is de handel tussen beide landen verdrievoudigd. In 2011 bedroeg de wederzijdse handel tussen beide landen ruim 5,5 miljard euro. In 2012 was het 400 jaar geleden dat Nederland en Turkije diplomatieke relaties met elkaar aangingen. Met het bezoek van minister-president Erdoğan aan Nederland wordt voortgebouwd op het succesvolle bilaterale jaar. |
