English: ONYAGEDE MARKET IN BENUE STATE, THE BEST GARRI MARKET IN NIGERIA

Onyagede is a district in Ohimini Local Government area of Benue State, it shared boundary with Kogi state and has the following villages, Amoke, Enumona, Ogodu, Awume, Ikpoke, Ogoli, Ogande, Ugofu, Ipolabakpa.

It is well-known that the Onyagede market is one of the largest market in the southern part of Benue State and is a major source of export of garri to neighbouring states like Plateau, Kano, Rivers Kogi, Abuja, Lagos and amongst others.

Benue State is truly the food basket of the Nation and Africa.
