Michelin-Star restaurants around the world generally serve great food, but dining in almost all of them usually means a dent in your wallet. Not so in Hong Kong. Many restaurants in Hong Kong have Michelin stars yet remain very affordable. At One Dim Sum, a dim sum fast food restaurant, the dishes range from $16-20 HKD ($2-2.50 USD). The decor may be like that of McDonalds, but the food tastes great. I went here for dinner with a friend tonight and we ordered 9 different varieties. The quality is definitely there. It probably is not as good as Lung King Heen, one of Hong Kong's 3-Michelin-Star restaurants, but for the price you pay - we finished our meal for $170 HKD ($22 USD) - you really can't beat it.
