| Description |
English: Old trackway, Haye Park. Bringewood is full of deep gullies, often running for hundreds of metres. These are former tracks, no longer used now there are modern logging roads. Sometimes several gullies can be found running parallel, this is due to a track becoming muddy and waterlogged and being replaced by a later drier course. This process continues today - the popular waymarked route from Black Pool car park to Climbing Jack Common runs beside the gully which was the path used up until about 1990. 42941 |
