Take a break, have a siesta. Or let's take a power nap! A siesta or power nap which is a short sleep which terminates before a deep sleep can quickly revitalize a person. It is used to supplement a normal sleep, especially when there is an accumulated lack of sleep. The most effective duration of a power nap is about 15-30 minutes. Those who regularly take power naps may develop an idea of which duration works best for them. Studies have shown that napping can boost performance to a person's top levels and improve memory too. So, stop feeling guilty when you really need a little nap at work. Thank you for sharing this picture with your friends ! |
