Description
English: The Okwa bird, also known as the Francolin or Spur fowl, is a prominent bird in Igbo folklore. It is commonly found in African rain forests and scrublands and is often sought after as bush meat in the market. (Note: The Okwa is not a goose.) Ọkwa is also, the accurate time keeper.
