English: A letter of Charles V to count Wolfgang zu Öttingen dated September 26, 1521, on sending Johann Ferenberger to the count to explain the emperor's suggestions concerning the further course of action against Hans Thomas von Absberg who, in July 1520, had killed the count's cousin and later, in May 1521, had kidnapped and imprisoned two important imperial councillors.
Deutsch: Das Schreiben Karls V. vom 16. September 1521 mit dem der Kaiser Johann Ferenberger mit dem Auftrag zu Graf Wolfgang zu Öttingen entsandte, seine Vorschläge bezüglich der weiteren Vorgehensweise gegenüber Hans Thomas von Absberg mit dem Grafen zu besprechen, der im Juli 1520 den Vetter des Grafen getötet und im Frühling 1521 zwei bedeutende kaiserliche Räte entführt und gefangen gesetzt hatte. |
