English: NORTH ARABIAN GULF (March 24, 2003)--Boatswain Mate 3rd Class John M. Mayer, 20, of Long Branch Ca., puts on Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) gear during a chemical attack drill onboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell.
