English: A farm track and public footpath/hiking trail, lined with fruit trees, near Niersbach, Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The track leads to the village of Greverath and lies in the landscape protection area Meulenwald and Stadtwald Trier(Landschaftsschutzgebiet Meulenwald und Stadtwald Trier).
Deutsch: Von Obstbäumen gesäumter Feldweg bei Niersbach, Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland. Die auch als Wanderweg ausgewiesene Strecke führt hinunter zum nicht allzu weit gelegenen Dorf Greverath. Das abgebildete Areal ist Teil des ausgedehnten Landschaftsschutzgebiets Meulenwald und Stadtwald Trier, wobei solche typischen Obstbaumalleen sehr bedeutsame und erhaltenswerte Bestandteile der (bäuerlichen und dörflichen) Kulturlandschaft sind. Bedauerlicherweise befinden sich nicht mehr alle diese Alleen rund um Niersbach in einem guten Pflegezustand, wie auch auf diesem Bild erkennbar ist.
