| Description |
English: Nestles Factory, Beltany Road,Omagh. It is located on the A5 road on the outskirts of Omagh on the way to Newtownstewart and beside the Fairy water. It is lying derelict and awaiting demolition as the land has been sold for housing development. At one time it gave employment for up to 500 people and in recent years this reduced to less than 50. Land near here was prone to flooding but the defences around the river banks have been strengthened. |
