English: Navigation markers on the end of Mudeford Spit These two 'bucket on a pole' markers are something to do with safe entry to "The Run" - the entrance to Christchurch Harbour through the gap in the double spit between Hengistbury Head and Mudeford. The western tip of the Isle of Wight can be seen in the distance on the left. |
