Description
English: National School for Girls, Sigglesthorne, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
The tiny National School for Girls was erected in the churchyard at St. Lawrence by the wife of the Reverend W. Bentinck, Rector of Sigglesthorne in 1818. The boys' and girls' schools at Sigglesthorne were replaced by a mixed school in 1867 but this building was still in use as a nursery school in 1990.
