This is an uncorrected reproduction of Confused Rain, a computer graphic output produced at Bell Labs by Nam June Paik

Summary[edit]

Description
English: This very early computer graphic artwork was created by Nam June Paik at Bell Labs and has an output date of September 13, 1967. The image is reproduced in the book: Video 'n' Videology, edited by me (Judson Rosebush) and published in 1972 by the Everson Museum of Art, Syracuse, New York. In the book, Nam June and I slid the handwriting in the reproduction upward. This is the original art piece that has not been contrast enhanced. There is another version which has had contrast enhanced.
