Summary[edit]

Description
English: This is a nahabatkhana which is used during the festival time. It is from here the sehenai was played from the upper chamber. There used to be a narrow staircase on the back of the nahabatkhana from which the sehenai players used to climb. The structure has rich stucco works. This nahabatkhana is present outside the Roy mansion at the village of Rautara in Amta II block of Howrah district of West Bengal.
