Español: NGC 6503 es una galaxia espiral enana, con un tamaño de 30.000 años luz es como la tercera parte de nuestra galaxia. Situada en la dirección de la constelación de Draco, a unos 13 millones de años luz en el borde del Vacío Local.
El Vacío Local es una gran región del espacio adyacente a nuestro grupo local de galaxias donde la densidad de galaxias es mucho menor de lo esperable según el modelo cosmológico estándar. |
