Summary[edit]
DescriptionNFL Sideline Television Coordinators.jpg |
English: National Football League timeout officials, the back judge (striped shirt) confers with the NFL sideline television coordinator (green hat) and the network television coordinator (orange sleeves.) The network coordinator is in communication with the television director and signals a request for a commercial break by crossing his arms. An on-field official will call a timeout at the next opportunity. The network coordinator holds his arm up during the break and lowers it when the commercial is over. The NFL coordinator has a list of all the scheduled breaks and ensures they are taken on time with minimum delay in the game. The officials are standing at the twenty yard line near the South end zone of Qwest Field, the home of the Seattle Seahawks.
