Description Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut/aquanaut Koichi Wakata prepares for a session of extravehicular activity (EVA) for the NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO) project. Wakata leads the NEEMO 10 crew during its seven-day stay, July 22-28, on an undersea mission aboard the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Aquarius Underwater Laboratory, which is operated by the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and located off the coast of Key Largo, Florida.
