English: My Tho River, Republic of Vietnam; The US Naval Ship, Benewah, is used by the Mobile Riverine Force (MRP) as a troop ship. The Benewah is also equipped with a helicopter landing pad and floating piers. The floating piers are used as docks for smaller landing craft boats. The smaller boats are used to patrol the waters and make land assaults. |
