Description

O Museu do Ciclismo Joaquim Agostinho assume-se como um elemento de preservação da memória do ciclista torriense Joaquim Agostinho e de promoção do ciclismo enquanto prática desportiva e social.

Este equipamento museológico pretende ser um observatório permanente e uma estrutura de mediação cultural para investigar, conservar, interpretar, divulgar e valorizar os testemunhos materiais e imateriais mais relevantes da história do ciclismo, do uso da bicicleta e da memória e identidade da comunidade ciclística, seja ela local, regional e nacional, bem como da sua interação com o mundo.

Assim, o Museu do Ciclismo Joaquim Agostinho visa preservar e salvaguardar o seu acervo material e imaterial, através de exposições permanentes e temporárias, programas públicos de divulgação, atividades culturais e publicações, bem como de parcerias e dinamização de eventos científicos. <a href="https://mcjoaquimagostinho.pt/sobre-o-museu/apresentacao" rel="noreferrer nofollow">mcjoaquimagostinho.pt/sobre-o-museu/apresentacao</a>
