Summary[edit]
DescriptionMulti-stranded DNA.jpg |
English: Double-stranded: Right Handed B-DNA microarray. The B-DNA microarray is a mobilized to the glass microarray surface via NH2 (3' end). The second strand is tagged with Cy3 for identification of mobilized B-DNA. Additionally, the diagram reveals how two different DNA probes can bind to the double-staranded DNA of interest, i.e.,the Nancy-520 and Anti-ds-B-DNA Antibody. The Nancy-520 double-stranded DNA can be quantified directly from its binding to DNA. The anti-ds-B-DNA binding can be quantified via the Fluorescein Conjugated Secondary Antibody. |
