Pour environ 12 muffins moyens:
- 160 g de farine
- 100 g de fécule de maïs
- 160 g de sucre
- 60 g de beurre fondu
- 2 oeufs
- 125 ml de lait
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C
Mélangez la levure, la farine, le sucre et la fécule puis dans un second récipient les oeufs, le lait et le beurre fondu. Versez ensuite dans le premier récipient puis quand le tout est homogène, mettez dans le moule puis au four 20 minutes.
Sortez le plat du four, attendez 10 minutes avant de démouler.
