Pour environ 12 muffins moyens:
- 160 g de farine
- 100 g de fécule de maïs
- 160 g de sucre
- 60 g de beurre fondu
- 2 oeufs
- 125 ml de lait
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- des fruits, comme par exemple, des groseilles en fonction de vos goûts
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (c'est à dire thermostat 6 car 1 cran au thermostat = 30°C)
Mélangez la levure, la farine, le sucre et la fécule puis dans un second récipient les oeufs, le lait et le beurre fondu.
Versez ensuite le second récipient dans le premier et mélangez.
Quand le tout est homogène, incorporez les fruits à la pâte.
Mettez dans le moule à muffins beurré ou huilé puis au four pendant 30 minutes.
Sortez le plat du four et attendez 10 minutes avant de démouler.
