Description
English: America's shrine of democracy Mount Rushmore in South Dakota is a National Heritage site in America's National Parks. The all-granite stone based architecture of the four presidential sculptures express the traditional diversity of architectural in American history. The 60-foot faces of four great American presidents, respectively, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. These four US presidents represent the birth, growth, development and preservation of this country.
