Summary[edit]

Description
English: Building at 165 S Washington St, Pioneer Square. Built quickly after the fire by Cornelius L. Martell & Thomas Morrill, it housed a saloon and rooming house. It was demolished shortly after the 1949 earthquake and remains a fenced off hole in the ground to the current day.
