Description Monumento da Esquadrilha da Fumaça na Academia da Força Aérea (AFA) em Pirassununga. O monumento homenageia os primeiros Tucanos, pintados originalmente com as cores vermelha e branca, anos depois os T-27 (Tucano) foram pintados com as cores da bandeira do Brasil. Este modelo de avião foi protagonista por quase 30 anos nos Shows Aéreos, em mais de 2,3 mil apresentações da Esquadrilha da Fumaça no Brasil e no exterior. Em 31 de março de 2013, o T-27 Tucano se despediu da Fumaça, fazendo o último show no Pontão do Lago Sul, em Brasília. Agora, as manobras da Esquadrilha da Fumaça são realizadas pelas aeronaves A-29 Super Tucano, uma aeronave maior, mais veloz e com maior potência.
