Summary[edit]

Description
English: Temporary monumental "arch" in pseudo Yucatec Maya style, on Calle 60, Merida Yucatan, for visit of president Porfirio Diaz in 1906. The "Chac Masks" were modified with handlebar moustaches such as worn by the President. From a contemporary postcard.
