Description
Nederlands: De Mont Beuvray - 821 meter hoog, behorende tot het massief van de Morvan - is een voormalig oppidum en was het centrum van het Keltische volk der Aedui die er hun hoofdstad Bibracte hadden, die in de Ie eeuw v.C haar volle ontwikkeling kende.
De berg strekt zich uit over de gemeenten Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray (Saône-et-Loire), Glux-en-Glenne en Larochemillay (Nièvre) in Bourgondië.
Français : Le Mont Beuvray - qui culmine à 821 mètres, et qui fait partie du massif du Morvan - est un ancien oppidum et le centre du peuple celte des Éduens. Le mont abritait leur capitale Bibracte, développé surtout au Ie siècle av. J.-C.
Le Mont Beuvray se trouve sur les communes de Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray (Saône-et-Loire), Glux-en-Glenne et Larochemillay (Nièvre) en Bourgogne, France.
