Español: Buscando en la red e encontrado infinidad de citas literarias sobre este insecto: fábulas, cuentos, metaforas y poesía. Me ha llamado la atención este soneto:
Arquero zumbador de los veranos, Con dalmática negra y amarilla Va, caballero de su propia silla, Bien celada la flecha en sus arcanos. Raudo atraviesa todos los secanos Sobre el caliente olor de la gavilla. No es su meta de amor esa sencilla Y fácil cetrería de los granos. Fauno alado del agua y de las flores, Bajo un celestinaje de espesura Satisface sus sádicos ardores.
