Description
English: View from Mono Lake's "South Tufa" area. In the foreground (on the south shore) are tufa towers. The white formation that dominates the middle of the photo is Paoha Island, with Negit Island (smaller, black island on left) behind it. The low black hill on the other shore is Black Point. Mapcarta has an easy-to-understand view of the lake.
