Summary[edit]

Description Este monasterio, hoy en ruinas, está en Hortigüela, Burgos. Su origen fue un eremitorio fundado en el año 912, aunque la zona más antigua del monasterio actual es de finales del siglo XI. Su ruina comenzó con la desamortización de Mendizábal en el año 1835 e incluyó saqueos de elementos arquitectónicos y pinturas murales, muchos de ellos románicos.
