English: Plot of the MolProbity all-atom "clashscore" vs year, through 2011, for all new crystal-structure depositions to the Protein Data Bank at mid-range resolutions between 1.8 and 2.2Å. These structure-validation scores had been constant before all-atom contact analysis became available in 2002, but have improved by about 30% since then. |
