Description
English: On February 14, 2002, Karla Bowling, Executive Director of the Bell County Chamber of Commerce, testified before a Senate Subcommittee in support of the Fern Lake Conservation and Recreation Act. The bill, which was introduced by Senator Mitch McConnell last year, would preserve Fern Lake as a source of clean water for Middlesboro and would enhance the scenic and recreational value of Cumberland Gap National Park.
